Ventura Team was formed in 2004 around a vision of creating a next generation consulting company that eliminates the weaknesses of traditional consulting firms for the good of our clients.
We use a senior team of experienced professionals - most combining stong operational backgrounds, as well as extensive board level consulting experience.
Members of our team:

- have held director/CEO roles in mobile and fixed, in both startups and established operators and across companies in Europe, Africa and the Gulf
- acted as CTO for a network build of 15,000 kms across Europe
- grew a leading edge, triple play business to 100,000 subscribers
- advised on telecom finance deals worth more than $100 billion
- worked with the UK government's broadband strategy group
- turned around major projects with investments up to $500 million
- worked extensively across UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the USA and Asia
- helped BT plc devise and build new ventures
- worked with technology based startups - achieving up to 75 times shareholder returns
- are writing a series of books on best practice in technology management and programme management
- managed multi-year change programmes
