Rami joins Ventura Team from the innovative manufacturer, Allied Telesis International. Rami has held senior marketing and strategic business development roles at ATI's European operation. Rami is also a founding member of the FTTH Council Europe industry group, looking to support the deployment of Fibre to the home in Europe. This is a vital and important role in the development of the FTTH marketplace throughout Europe. At the Council, Rami held various key leadership positions including Chairman of the Market Development Committee and later as Member of the Board. Rami is an authority in the field of Next-Generation Access technologies, an excellent speaker and an articulate chairperson who has delivered many presentations and keynote speeches at major industry conferences including Broadband World Forum, IPTV Forum, FTTH Council, Next-Generation Access and many others.
Previously Rami worked at 3Com Europe in various business development roles and was involved in the early deployments of Broadband Cable services in the UK.
He has a strong background in combining the technical and commercial potential of next generation Broadband ventures and we benefit from his highly entrepreneurial approach. Rami was educated in electrical and electronic engineering at McGill University in the Montreal, Canada.
