VENTURA TEAM
Ventura Team LLP works across the telecom and technology industries with a strong focus on broadband, nomadic wireless and software / applications over broadband.
Our clients include established service providers as well as new network and value added service businesses. Our work ranges from development and due diligence of new networks through to creation of new service propositions. Our experience is supplemented by our investing in, and working with, development of next generation broadband networks.
As a next-generation firm we combine private equity, corporate finance with consulting (strategy and implementation) and `walk the talk’. For example, we work with wireless companies but have also formed Europe's first spectrum trading company.
Ventura Team:
Delivers success or KPI related fee driven consulting to larger operators, private equity or banking clients (with full real time transparency)
Invests directly to develop early stage communications ventures
Works with larger corporations to create new ventures
Supports financial investors and management teams in building value
